Outline

Children will be assessed based on reports provided by other professionals in combination with reports from the school. Children will be generally assessed to determine level of current learning abilities before a specific programme is developed and implemented. Our individually tailored programmes means that no two learners will have the same intervention programme.

Our programmes are based on both cognitive training skills and formal academic skills. These provide our learners with a sound foundation upon which all complex learning takes place. These programmes are run for periods of 12 - 36 months depending on the needs of the learner.

We also provide programme monitoring for learners who have programmes already in placed for them. We will assess and monitor programmes and re-assessed on a three monthly period.

Welcome to Sri Rafelsia. Here you have found a leading educational provision which celebrates diversity in learning. In fact, we embrace it. We believe that each child is unique and therefore has his or her own way of processing information. Once a good set of foundation skills are acquired, children are then empowered to acquire other complex skills such as problem solving, memory, concentration, comprehension, sequential thinking and organisation of thought as they proceed to primary, secondary and tertiary education levels.

Be a part of a privileged inner circle whose mission is to nurture, support and respect the dignity of children with diverse learning styles, talents, giftedness and abilities. From gifted and talented learning, dyslexia, dyspraxia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, hyperlexia, other non-specified literacy difficulties to ADD or ADHD, from young learners with speech delays and mild cognitive delays, we offer a range of customised programmes that would suit any high functioning learner (above average IQ or IQ above 105 where normal range is 95-105).
