INTRODUCTION FOR THE EMPLOYMENT ACT 1955 (AMENDMENT 2022), INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 1967, AND OTHER LEGISLATION RELATED TO EMPLOYMENT)

This training focuses on the Employment Act 1955 (amendment 2022), Industrial Relations Act 1967, and other legislation related to employment. Participants will learn the critical elements in each legislation, roles, and responsibilities of employees and employers to make sure they adhere and comply with the respective legislation.

 

COURSE OBJECTIVE

Upon completion of this program, the participants will be able to:

  • Explain the amendment of Employment Act 1955 to employees and employers
  • Guide employers in creating good industrial harmony in the organization
  • Enable operation managers, executives as well as HR practitioners to be well versed with the critical sections of the Employment Act and IR Act,
