MIM’s Certified Professional Coach Programme is designed for those seeking coaching certification that will enhance their leadership abilities through deepening their coaching capability and for who are seeking become professional coaches. This comprehensive coaching certification programme is based on a variety of disciplines, including emotional intelligence and psychology delivered using proven processes, tools and resources combined with hands-on training, on-going coaching practicums and mentor coaches sharing sessions. Upon successful completion of the programme, you can gain pathway into International Association of Coaching’s (IAC®) certifications with the fulfilment of the pre-requisites.

Shan has held strategic and senior management position with a multi-national Training Resource Company has given him a unique perspective in harnessing a myriad of adult-centred action learning tools to develop talents. A much sought after speaker, he has addressed local and international seminars and conferences.

 

He has conducted training and facilitated workshops for Multi-Nationals, Malaysian companies and SME. He is able to deliver learning and development programs effectively to all levels of audience.

Inaugurated as a voluntary society on 29 January 1966, the Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) was incorporated as a limited company on 28 March 1975.
