Details
Internal auditing is a monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of QMS implementation. The effectiveness of internal audit very much depends on the competency, knowledge and application auditing techniques of the internal
auditor. This course apply the process approach auditing skill to enable the participant to learn and understanding the internal auditing principles and practice which meet to IATF16949: 2016 requirements.
This course is specially designed for companies certified to IATF16949. Delegates will learn how to conduct automotive process approach auditing methodology in preparing and conducting an internal audit.
To meet to IATF 16949 requirements, the internal audit programme that covers in this training module include the entire quality management system audits, manufacturing process audits and product audits. Audit program also
covered auditing based upon risk, internal and external performance trends, criticality of the process(es) and methodology auditing of core tools.
