Introduction

While it is difficult to fully understand how a person feels and thinks, observing body language can glean a lot of cues about the silent messages being conveyed. Among people who are very close, miscommunication often arises because people aren’t exactly very open most of the time about what they really want to say. Humans have the tendency to conclude and perceive a person according to their five senses and verbal communication. Leow Chee Seng (Prof. Dr.)

An endeared director of multiple companies, Leow is also a very well-acknowledged consultant. His specialised areas of research include human attitude, behaviour, management and marketing. He is a speaker for China Productivity Center (CPC), Taiwan, Panel of Expert for Asian Productivity Organization (APO), a consultant for UNIDO, certified trainer of International Micro Expressionists Association (IMEXA) and a trainer and lecturer of National Academy of Public Administration and Politics, Vietnam. Currently, he sits in more than 10 editorial board of multiple academic journals. In addition, he is the Honorary Professor of Nguyen Tat Thanh University, Vietnam and was the dean of graduate School, IIC University of Technology, Cambodia.  He is a MIM Certified Professional Trainer (MIM-CPT) and member of the International Association of Counselors and Therapist (IACT). Besides, he is also a member of MIHRM, and a certified advanced Human Resource Practitioner (Consultant). He has written many books which include “Body Language Exposed, Selling with Heart and Soul, I See I Hear and I Conquer, Trapping the Cunning Fox, The Flintstones Management, Ordinary People Extraordinary Leadership, To eat or To be Eaten: Managing Millennial, Love Management” and other titles. In addition, he has been invited to be a body language consultant for Morning Post, Hong Kong to analyse Body Language of Politicians in Hong Kong. In addition, he has completed consultation project for Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia on customer satisfaction. He has also managed to help PERODUA and Department of Fisheries, Malaysia for their Rebranding and Transformation.

Vincent Leong Wing Sum (Dr.)

Vincent Leong holds a B.Soc.Sc (Hons) in Psychology and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) majoring in Marketing. Vincent also completed his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Management focusing on human attitudes and behaviour. He is also one of the Trainer Member for the International Micro Expressionists Association (IMEXA). In addition, he is also a Certified Professional Marketer (CPM). Over the years, he has conducted numerous training on attitudes and behaviour. His forte includes using body language to increase sales and to motivate employees. His experience in analysing human behaviour enables him to contribute his skills and knowledge in book writing. Vincent has written several books such as Body Language Exposed and Selling with Heart and Soul. Currently, Vincent is the trainer of Institute of Marketing Malaysia. In addition, he has completed consultation project for Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia on customer satisfaction and completed some consultancy projects for Department of Fisheries, Malaysia for their Rebranding and Transformation.
