INTRODUCTION TO NLP
OBJECTIVES
NLP is distinguished by its scope and depth. Using simple yet sophisticated tools and processes, NLP illuminates both business behaviors and the thinking that leads to the behaviors. It teaches awareness of the relationships between people in the workplace and the effect of actions on co-workers and other business associates.

COURSE MODULE SUMMARY
Module 1: “Creating Empowering & Peak Performance State”
Module 2: “Profiling Your Staff Profile Using LAB Profile”
- The Language and Behavior (LAB) Profile is a tried and tested methodology that will increase options used to help companies and individuals to become more effective and confident with their decisions.
Module 3: “Managing Emotional Stress”
- Practice of NLP gives us occasion to grow out of our limited capability to face life positively. When encountered with stress or depression, many of us have and applied these principles in our life without even realizing it came from NLP.
Module 4: “Creating Empowering Beliefs and Values”
- By discovering your values you can begin to resolve the hidden conflicts in your life remove stress and give yourself more direction.
Module 5: “Reframing For SUCCESS”
- It is an important technique you can use with yourself and with others to free them from the shackles of rigid thinking and to therefore have more choices. It involves seeing things from a different perspective, in another light, from an alternative point of view.
Module 6 and 7: “Establishing And Maintaining Rapport Part 1 & 2”
- The ability to quickly make an emotional bond between two people, it shows there is an understanding and mutual sharing of concerns.
Module 8: “Resolving Internal Conflicts”
- People experience a sense of being in “two minds” or “at odds” with themselves. Part of them wants to do one thing while another part wants to do something else. These issues do not relate so much to external pressures, but rather to the deeper structures within the person. Resolution of conflict can begin to help and integrate these part
Module 9: “Effective Communication – Meta Model”
- Meta-model is a set of specifying questions or language patterns designed to challenge and expand the limits to a person’s model or ‘map’ of the world. When a person speaks about a problem or situation, their choice of words will distort, generalize, and delete portions of their experience. By listening to and responding to these language patterns the practitioner seeks to help the client to recover the information that is under the surface of the words.
Module 10: “Creating Achievable Goal Setting & Time Line”
- For this reason, the NLP Goal Setting Model makes absolutely sure that we language ourselves in such a way as to drive our very neurology and physiology towards obtaining our desired goal.
Module 11: “Creative Visualization for Success”
- Creative visualization helps you use your natural creative imagination in a more conscious way to create a clear image, idea or feeling sense of what you really want. It engages the power of your subconscious mind, that attracts those desires into your life energy until it becomes a reality
Module 12: “Mastering Your Mind”
-Modeling skills, based on detailed observations and careful questions around beliefs and values, are the key to competence in NLP. Learning the specific components of how others do something well will provide you with new options and accelerate your learning. We call these strategies for success.
Module 13: “Developing Your Personal Mission Statement & Power Questions”
- Your personal mission statement will help you in crystallizing your vision of who you are and where you want to go both personally and professionally. It tells the world who you are and what your vision is for your life.
Module 14: “Anchoring yourself to success”
- An Anchor is a term used in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to describe how specific emotional states are linked or associated to certain visual, auditory, or kinesthetic stimuli. For example, hearing a particular song on the radio may elicit feelings of joy or sadness, depending on the association that was made.
Module 15: “Empowering Yourself Using the Logical Levels”
- Logical Levels can be used as an approach to explore any outcome. This may in itself produce a congruent way forward for your client or it will give information of where to go next.
