Mr C.T. Tai accumulated 18 years of corporate and training experience as a result of his career as a Computer Programmer, Software Architect, SAP Consultant, Project Manager and PMO Manager. His passion for Microsoft Excel training sparked from his experience in delivering training to his team of consultants.
Mr Tai had vast of experiences in Microsoft Excel corporate training, which covering multi-national businesses, local businesses, and non-profit organizations. He has trained corporations including Petronas, AirAsia, Maxis, Red Bull, Intel, CISCO, Freescale, Schneider Electric Industries, Gutor Electronic Asia Pacific, CHEP, Coppertech, LKC Group, QEL Group, C & J Clark, Worldtech Solutions. Brandt Malaisie, United Nations Development Programme, Ministry of Health Malaysia.
He is a Microsoft Certified Excel Expert, MBA holder, certified PSMB Trainer and PRINCE2 Practitioner. He commands well in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin. He designed and delivered various Microsoft Excel training, ranging from regular usage to advanced usage, from Macro/VBA programming to data analytic with PivotTable/ PowerPivot.
On a personal level, he is a strong believer of continual improvement is a journey of self-learning. In his classes, he guides the participants on forming their own solutions. He did not attend any formal classes on Microsoft Excel, however he acquired the skills and knowledge as a Certified Excel Expert via self-learning. He is a living proof of continual improvement.
Mr Tai is also a highly sought after Microsoft Excel Trainer. He received regular feedback from his participants for being inspiring in his nature. He relates his trainings and teaching with the practical side of the corporate world. He is known as a trainer and teacher who instil the essence of learning.
