Objective :
The performance measurement system is a key tool for people managers to measure the performance of their team members. However, in most organizations, the performance plans are developed to cater to employees across the board regardless of the different job
functions they are assigned to. Hence, the effectiveness of the measurement system is often questionable. It is imperative for people managers to understand the purpose of the performance measurement system and hence having the ability and competency to develop
and design for each and every one of their team members with different job functions.
Upon completion of this course, the participants WILL:
- Understand the importance of performance measurement systemand how it relates to designing team members behavior to achievetheir KPIs and ultimately the organization’s goals.
- Understand the performance measurement concept: what, why and how, who and where; inclusive of Critical Success Factors (CSF), Key Results Areas (KRA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Have the ability and competency to develop and design performance plans (KPIs) for individual team members based on their assigned tasks.
