The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is an international benchmark examination for universities. Entry to most major universities requires that students obtain a specific band score in the IELTS examination. In our two-hour-a-day programme, students speak, read, write and listen to English several weeks prior to taking the IELTS examination. Students are assessed for their level of English in the major skills areas and have the option on focusing on one major
skill area alone (e.g. writing). The result is a customized and highly effective course that caters to students’ specific learning needs.
