Group action plan that each participant of the group commits to executing.

METHODOLOGY
This stimulating program will maximizes the understanding and learning through games, role-playing , simulated exercises and case discussions are featured.

Module 1 : Introduction To TOP
Activity : Icebreakers
Activity : Working Agreements & Ways to create TOP
Session 1 : TEAM Formation
Experiential Activity 1

Module 2 : TOP – Issues, Challenges & Opportunity
An overview of their current situation in their respective organization and to discover the issues, challenges and opportunity that will exist through the implementation of the TOP.

Module 3 : Team Discipline
Session 2 : Team Initiative : 
Experiential Activity 2
 At the end of the team initiative exercise, participants will be able to identify the opportunities and challenges in applying TOP.
Experiential Activity 3 
 The objective of the game is to create awareness on the importance of personal leadership and communication in applying TOP
 Participants will be able to learn to give feedback to one another in order to find the best and effective solution in applying TOP within their Team.

Module 4 : Organizational Excellence
Experiential Activity 4 : Speed Noodle & TEAM Noodle

Module 5 : Personal Leadership
Focus on individual personal values and how it can contribute to organizational and team excellence.

Module 6 : Moving Forward
Focus on the application of TOP within every individual who have participate in the program. Participants will be involved in a variety of exercise that focuses on individual planning on TOP implementing

NOR YUSMAN BIN HUSSAIN (SEMAN)

 

Nor Yusman Bin Hussain or better known as Seman in the training industry, had served the industry for more than 11 years now. A very passionate man with super high energy, for Seman training is what he loves to do. A strong believer in the phrase “Fun Accelerates Learnings”, he will go all out to weave the learning points and the fun element comes together in his programs, making sure his audience and participants always learn something in a very positive state of mind. For most people who knows Seman, he is the connoisseur of the fun learning with high energy in the industry.
Seman started off in the training industry in 2003 with the National Service Program. There he was appointed to be one of the trainers for the Character Building & National Building Module. By 2005 he was the Head Trainer for the classroom training for the program. Later in 2006, with the drive and motivation of wanting to play bigger games, Seman develop himself and then was appointed to be the Master Trainer for both Character Building & Nation Building Module. From then on his responsibility is to train and develop the trainers for the National Service Program.
