16 years old and above, no academic result (SPM/ UEC result) required.

- Essential cutting skill (Including basic skill and technique of butchery and food carving)

- Menu Planning, Budgeting and Costing

- Kitchen Planning and Design

- 5S Management

- Restaurant Operation Project (Students are enquired to develop an 8 courses recipe, plan and design menu, purchase menu item and determine menu price, coordinate the operation of the restaurant and execute marketing communication)
