Aref is a Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) holder with experience as Scrum master and project manager of IT and software development projects. In addition to project management skill, Agile and SCRUM, having knowledge of web developing technologies and programming languages help him to lead the project teams more efficiently. Previously, he was involved in leading the QMS team and ISO implementation projects which give him a valuable experience in process improvement as well. More, having 4 years of teaching experience gave him a comprehensive view and a strong ability to handle quality and operational processes. Working in the educational environment and being involved with many students taught me how to interact with people who came from different background and cultures, also helped him how to lead others to learn effectively while I learned self-improvement.
