This two days course is developed for people involved in compiling and reviewing mechanical/engineering quality documentation for compliance to meet client requirements.

Objectives

  •  Enhance knowledge of quality control activities
  •  Identify and quantify fabrication or procedural non-compliance against   specified procedures
  •  Knowledge to carry out document review and in-depth assessment of documentation

Course content

  •  Analytical review (class exercise) of engineering documentation
  •  Inspection and test plan
  •  Material test certificates
  •  Weld documentation
  •  Heat treatment
  •  Quality in welding
  •  Pressure testing

Who should attend

Managers, inspectors, engineers, document controllers in the engineering and construction industries who want to broaden and expand their knowledge of quality control activities.

Duration: Two (2) days

Time:9.00am – 5.00pm daily
