Earned Value Management is an important factor behind a successful Project endeavor. This tool for reporting and controlling has been standardized by all organizations around the world with one single motive, to improve project delivery.     What deliverables should have been produced so far? What costs were spent on acquiring the existing deliverables? How do you know whether or not a project is on the path to success if you don't have any benchmarking tools in place?    This course introduces you to several powerful performance metrics and analytical tools that can help you determine whether project goals and objectives are being met.

Participants will be trained to use an effective project control system that uses measurement tools like breakdown structures, network diagrams, schedules, budgets, and the Gantt chart to deliver a successful project.

This unique course is driven by the Bridgit Group’s “Under Surveillance™” Earned Value Management Game. This interactive training game is exciting, refreshing but makes the Penny Drop on the so-called fuzziness of Earned Value.
