He specializes in the areas of project management, knowledge management and organizational diagnostics. He has taught Project Management as a course in Heriot Watt University’s MBA programs. He is certified to conduct Project Management Professional preparation course as a Registered Educational provider for the Project Management Institute PMI® as well as for the MyProCert programs offered by MSC Malaysia.

Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB) recognizes the PMP Preparation Course conducted by him as a fully recognized certification program. In addition to conducting the PMP Course, he conducts project management courses such as Stakeholder Management, Risk Management and Project Management Planning.
