BEHAVIOR BASED SAFETY (BBS) (ROT)

The main objective of this program is to enable the participants to establish, implement and maintained systematic and effective behaviour based safety program at workplaces.

Upon successful completion of the program, participants should be able to:

• Understand the basic and principles of behaviour based safety;
• Understand the relationship between workplace, human error and at-risk behaviours with undesired incidents at workplace;
• Describe the ABC model of behaviour based safety model;
• Describe the observations and reinforcement processes in behaviour based safety.

Quality and consistency of the training are the most important factors in assuring high quality of instructions.  MIFFA trainers are fully qualified in respective training fields, and have extensive experiences in their relevant areas.

 MIFFA will make available our most experience and competent trainers.  An assistant trainer will assist in the course where necessary.  It should be noted that MIFFA reserves the right to replace the assigned trainer with other equally competent trainer depending on their availability.
