- Learn Daniel Goleman 4 areas of EQ and the 5 components of EQ
- Establish individual EQ awareness
- Learn that improving one’s EQ can lead to better well-being, effectiveness and work excellence
- Utilize DiSC to understand people and increase understanding
- Ensure that our internal awareness is translated into desired external actions
- Listen with empathy effectively and hear their stories
- Improve self- emotional control to improve relationships to be a better Team Contributor
- Learn to confront others with finesse and confidence
