Effectively understood and implemented, this system can bring improvements in productivity, quality, delivery and work environment to name a few. The standard has been revised in order to keep it current, and to respond to latest trends, the ever changing business environment and be compatible with other management systems such as ISO 14001. This training is designed to provide a basic understanding of the ISO 9001:2015 QMS requirements and how to transition to the new version.
