At the end of the training programme (1 month/ 12 classes/ 3 hour per class/ Total of 36 hours), the trainees should be able to equiped  and empowered themselves with skills in observing and identifying peoples’ personality; project confidence when dealing with meeting associates, customers, authorities, colleagues, friends and family members; planning  and growing personal wealth.

3. METHODOLOGY

   K.E.Y the School of Etiquette & Image emphasizes on participant’s participation and interaction actively. The course models a variety of effective training methodologies, including demonstrations, practises, discussions, brain-storming, role plays, games, visualizations, multimedia and image props.

Yanyan Tan

Yanyan Tan (Yan) is the Founder and Master Trainer of K.E.Y the School of Etiquette and Image. She comes armed with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Huddersfield University, United Kingdom, and has experience in the competitive shipping and banking industries.

In her pursue towards her passion in helping others to look and feel confident, Yan sought out her certification and she is  internationally certified by AICI (Association of Image Consultants International, USA) and earned AICI FLC designation and the Founding VP Events for AICI Malaysia Chapter for year 2010/2012. She was awarded Chapter Member of Year 2011. Besides that, she is also a certified PSMB Trainer and Children Etiquette Consultant with The American School of Protocol in Atlanta, USA. She has been featured in ONFM, TV2, Sin Chew Jit Poh, Nan Yang Siang Poh, and Corporate Journey Magazine.

With 10 years of experience in the industry, Yan has trained more than 60 companies and personal clients, ranging from job seekers to management and to SME owners. Her clients include Maybank Group, OCBC, Proton, Deloitte, Manulife, Tokio Marine, Munchy’s, Mary Kay, Carlsberg, Parkson, Naza, etc.

Yan believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to achieve his/her best and highest potential. Her mission is “To unlock everyone’s potential in enhancing and strengthening one’s characters.”

C.K Neo

C.K. Neo is a Charted Financial Analyst and currently working with one of the top 50 strongest banks in the world. He is a graduate of University Malaya with a degree in Actuarial Science.

Neo is highly passionate with mathematics, he was considered as a nerd during the school days which hence lead to his tertiary education in Actuarial Science and subsequently enrolled into the most prestigious credential in the financial industry (CFA). He started his career as a management consultant in one of the big four accounting firms where his clients include Banks, Insurance Companies and MNCs. Subsequent to that, he joined the largest bank in Malaysia as a specialist in the Market Risk and he had 3 promotions in the last five years in which he is currently managing a team of 5.

His specialty includes asset liability management, cash flow projection, and capital market instrument such as Bond, Equity, Forex, Commodity and Derivatives. He started his teaching career in CFA programme as well as financial modeling classes 3 years ago. Neo had students from both Malaysia and Singapore.

During the tenure of employment, he found that a lot of ordinary folks including him were not well educated in financial education. We have no proper planning for our own financial futures; we did not have an appropriate objective and goal in this area. Many of us also had not fully optimized the available facility in the financial industry to maximize their wealth. In addition, there are multiple schemes that are available to further enhance our financial security which are also severely underutilized.

With this in mind, he had decided to be part of the K.E.Y school family to specialize in Money Etiquette to assist as many people as possible in getting financial security.
