Milk Tea and Frappe Shop Business Operation Seminar set
The Golden Treasure Skills and Development Program (GTSDP) will conduct a one day seminar on milk tea and frappe making. The seminar will tackle subjects on how to make different types of milk tea and frappe with different flavors. Also how to open and operate a milk tea and frappe shop wether it’s shop based, online or home based.
At the seminar participants will have an actual demo, drink tasting experience and hands-on. They will learn the important details that they have to know if they wanted to venture into the milk tea and frappe shop business.
The details on the business side are knowledge in setting up a milk tea shop, how much is the capital required according to your set up sourcing of materials, costing and marketing strategy.
Participants will also learn the overview of a milk tea shop like how much is the break even sales, feasibility studies and target market, safety and sanitation, familiarity to milk tea equipment, utensils to be used, ingredients and many more.
Then actual demo and hands-on experience on how to prepare milk tea and frappe will follow. Among the products to be learned are winter melon, taro, bubble tea or known as pearl tea, okinawa, hokkaido, matcha green tea, tiramisu, banana caramel frappe, rocky road, hot fudge choco frappe and many more will be tackled as well as how to cook tapioca pearl. And the right way of brewing black tea.
Also putting ad ons and sinkers will be tackled.
