This workshop ensures that all administrative work is completed efficiently and that productivity is increased. The participants will learn the functions of an effective office, office management principles and practices, office rules, regulations and procedures, improving office communications, enhancing office productivity and dealing with office problems effectively.

Mr.Kevin Murthy is an acknowledged International practitioner and trainer for the Strategic Management and Change Management,  Excellent Manager & Leadership Program , Team Building, Managerial Skills Development, Motivation and Strategic Managerial - Leadership programs.

Mr.Kevin is a Ministry of Human Resources - HRDF/PSMB Approved Trainer together.

He has had Twenty-Five Years of Technical, Managerial and Training experience in industry combined with consulting and training experience across varied companies and industries.

He has had the honour of being personally trained by the world renowned Thinking Guru, Dr. Edward De Bono in Creative and Lateral thinking skills. He has also been personally trained by world renowned Training Evaluation guru, Dr.Jack Phillips

Mr. Kevin Murthy obtained his first Bachelors Degree in Science from University of Malaya and served as Hydrocarbon Well Logging Engineer, Data Engineer and became the Unit Manager for Oil & Gas Services Company around the world. In all these positions, he has had to manage, supervise and train all personnel under him at high speeds to attain competencies in safety, technical and supervisorial skills as well as in having skills to train other trainees at high speeds, as reaching a high level of competency on-the-job is a matter of life and death on these offshore installations.

Mr. Kevin has a strong track record and possesses exceptional ability in StrategicLeadership, Managerial , Supervisory skills and to transfer On-The-Job skills and knowledge to trainees .He has also served as the Regional Technical Services Manager with a Multinational Drilling Services Company for the Asia Pacific Region. As the Technical Services and Unit Manager, Mr. Kevin has recruited , trained and led over a hundred engineers, both managerial/supervisorial and technical, who were part of the team involved in multi-million dollar projects.

A MBA graduate from Oklahoma City University, USA, Mr. Kevin Murthy became the General Manager of a Canadian Oil & Gas consulting company and helped project manage all their Malaysian and International contracts. He also succeeded in leading and turning around this ailing company in a short period of time by way of training personnel to achieve higher levels of productivity at high speeds.

 

 

Mr.Kevin had the honour of being a sole Malaysian representative to Geneva, Switzerland for the World Trade Organization-United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (WTO-UNCTAD)”s International Trade Centre (ITC) and the global network of for Trade – Tr@de Net with 140 member countries. Mr.Kevin has the Special Honour of being the only Private Consultant ever appointed by Geneva to this position which is normally reserved for government officials !

Mr.Kevin has Organized , Managed and Led many international Conferences and Seminars with major international exposure to new and dynamic ideas. All these adds tremendous value to his training sessions.
