Results Driven Strategic & Business Planning
Details
This programme involves gaining continuous insights on the external market, creating innovative alternatives, developing a business design and ensuring the execution ability of that design by orchestrating and developing the organization’s capabilities.
It also involves identifying the gap between current and desired performance. While a performance gap can often be closed by focusing on superior execution, with no change to business design, closing an opportunity gap requires a new business design.
Closing the performance or opportunity gap requires strategy to match the opportunities and design the business to effectively address them. The training provides new insights and valuable information to all those involved in strategic and business planning.
