Details
Supervisors are the important “link” between management and non-management groups. They play a critical role in managing and implementing the company’s strategies. Today’s business environment constantly challenges supervisors not only to deliver competitive goods and services of high quality at the lowest possible cost but also developing and monitoring their staff performance.
