  • Educators must understand the basic of nonverbal communication skills to optimise their skills as an educator
Don’t talk to the board, understanding participants learning emotion
  • Educators must be sensitive to candidates’ emotions. By mastering their participants’ emotions, educators can reach to their candidates’ heart easily.
Gameology: A new method of course delivery
  • Participants are exposed to how to apply the principle of gameology in the course. This is able to break the traditional learning methods. Creativity and innovation are highly sought during this session.

Day Three

Conducting Gamelogy as key of engagement
  • Participants need to conduct the sessions designed during Gamelogy.
Course Methods, Techniques and Tools
  • This module helps to improve teaching pedagogy and the ways to prepare the course materials for their candidates. Candidates are expected to prepare the teaching tools and equipment in this session.

  • Coaching and mentoring skills are essential in training and education. These modules enable participants to learn the step-by-step approach how coaching and mentoring is applied in the classroom setting.
Day Four

Dealing with difficult situation
  • Participants would learn method to handle difficult questions and difficult participants in the learning environment in this module
Designing Evaluation and Assessment and course outcomes
  • The evaluation and assignment should be fun and engaging. Participants are trained how to create a full engagement assessment methodology.
All in Action
  • Participants need to present and conduct a demo session to show they have learnt the skills that have equipped in the previous day.
